Recently after reading "The 90/10 Weight loss plan" from Joy bauer,i have found a diet plan called "1400 calories" in the book which is quite effective as i have lost some weight,although there is more than 1 diet plan i think this suit me the most.If you wish to find out more you can buy the book.Basically the diet plan is to keep your intake of calories daily at 1400 level through the selected food menu.I have try the diet plan but did a little changes to the menu provided by the book(Of coz before you replace the menu with your own you have to calculate or check the calories of the food you gonna to replace with).Lastly i would like to say that inorder to succeed you must have good self disciple.
