The Anti-Cellulite Diet

Concentrate on low-fat, simple fibre-rich foods, which are easier than refined foods for the body to break down, use and eliminate as waste. Food combining also helps simplify metabolism and improve food effciency. Eat little and often to maintain energy levels, prevent bloating and discourage fat lay-down and cellulite.

  • Major on fresh fruit and vegetables, Steamed or raw for maximum vitamins and minerals. Well-cooked pulse such as lentils, mung beans and red kidney beans are good sources of fibre.
  • Choose proteins wisely. Avoid red meat - its dense connective tissue takes long to digest. Opt for chicken, or best of all, fish. Restrict or avoid all dairy foods. Limit eggs.
  • Avoid sugars and starches, including biscuits, cakes, pastries, sweets and chocolate.
  • Try not to flavour foods. Limit salt, sugar and spices. Substitute herbs and seeds.
  • Avoid animal fats, such as butter, and limit vegetable oils and spreads.
  • Drink 1½ to 2 litres of still water daily. Strictly limit or avoid coffee, tea, fizzy drinks and alcohol. Substitute herb teas.
  • Give up smoking - it hampers circulation.

It took me nearly twenty years to learn that If you are bound by sin, you are bound to suffer. Getting rid of cellulite is not as easy as buying a single product or exercising and BAM your cellulite is gone. To remove cellulite effectively you need to look at what causes cellulite. Cellulite is caused by the fats cells in the cellulite damaged area expanding due to excess toxin and fat consumption. These excess fats and toxins are not removed by the body therefore they build up, as they build up they clump and group together, this is what causes the dimpled look on the skins surface.

There are 3 strategies that if used together i guarantee you will lose your cellulite. firstly you need to change your diet, you need to remove all foods that are high in toxins and saturated fats that cause the fat cells to grow and cluster together creating the appearance of dimples or cellulite. secondly you need to implement an exercise routine, you don’t need a gym membership, something like walking the dog, hiking and swimming are just a couple of ideas.

Hello guys!

I agree with the above information and exercise is important because it burns that excess fat. It also tones the area that has become soft. Some people who exercise to remove cellulite will never succeed because they don’t target the cellulite area. example if you have cellulite on your thighs. You don’t want to be doing sit-ups, you need to be running, lunges or walking depending on your physical capabilities.

i can not get any energy without eating food.if we want to get energy then we have to eat first.i think everyone has needed to eat the fresh food to keep their health…..presentation skills
