To have beautiful skin you must make sure your diet is rich in certain foods. the problem with this is that the nutrition required by the skin is often at odds with that of the body seeking to be slimmer.

Dairy products

We know about the benefits to the skin of the bifidus so eliminating spots, and they encourage the absorption of the n group vitamins which are vital for a healthy complexion. If you have given up cheese, cream cheese and yoghurts then you must be sure to replace them with food supplements rich in bifidia bacteria.

Cutting out fat

Perhaps you are cutting out fat from your diet in order to lose weight? This makes sense as far your figure goes but not unfortunately your skin. Fats are absolutely essential compoenets of the cell membranes and if they are deficient the celss harden, the skin dries out and wrinkles appear. In this case the best thing to do is increase your consumption of vegetable oils. A spoonful of olive, corn or groundnut oil in your salad is enough to help restore the cutaneous barrier. Eating oily fish is also important for the fatty acids they contain. I recently came across a blog (chris pirillo) article which provide 50 tips on weight loss. After i read through the whole article and i find it quite interesting plus some of the tips are proven useful.

  1. Dietary control and exercise

    It’s true what they say - all you need to do is watch what you eat, and expend more energy than you consume. It’s really that simple. You can quit reading this list now, you now know everything you need to know and didn’t need to fork over $500 for the privilege of me telling you the secret of losing weight. You don’t need to read a 4,000 page book, you don’t have to buy a tape series, you don’t need to stay up late at night to watch infomercials to understand this basic premise. It’s 100% true.
  2. Change your lifestyle

    If you’re calling this a “diet,” then you’re going to gain all the weight back (and more) within a few months of losing it. Diets do not work. Diets are temporary. When you change your dietary lifestyle, however, you’re changing your habits - and you’re putting yourself on track for long-term / continued success and weight maintenance. Don’t ever tell anybody you’re on a diet - ever. I’m speaking from experience, here - a reformed low-carber. Recently after reading “The 90/10 Weight loss plan” from Joy bauer,i have found a diet plan called “1400 calories” in the book which is quite effective as i have lost some weight,although there is more than 1 diet plan i think this suit me the most.If you wish to find out more you can buy the book.Basically the diet plan is to keep your intake of calories daily at 1400 level through the selected food menu.I have try the diet plan but did a little changes to the menu provided by the book(Of coz before you replace the menu with your own you have to calculate or check the calories of the food you gonna to replace with).Lastly i would like to say that inorder to succeed you must have good self disciple.
