Everyone let’s be honest, there’s no way you’re going to achieve that dream figure of yours without doing any cardio (In fact I’m doing running,swimming, aerobics every week.) exercise. A trainer friend of mine in a local gym, answers our (fat) burning questions.
Is it true that too much running makes “your womb drop”? The answer is No. Running is a good exercise and it helps strengthen your whole body. But running is a high impact-activity so one should try to alternate it with other low or non-impact exercises like swimming or cycling.
